How it works
Four steps, from a full-length podcast to a creator-approved clip on your account.
Pick your sources
Choose the public podcast channels you want to pull clips from.
AI finds the moments
PodClip transcribes each episode and uses AI to surface the most engaging segments.
Review & approve
Every clip lands in a review queue. You watch, edit the caption, and approve — nothing is automatic.
Publish to TikTok
Approved clips publish to your own connected TikTok account on your schedule.
Built for creators
Everything you need to run a short-form clip workflow without the manual editing grind.
AI moment detection
Automatically ranks the hooks and insights most likely to perform as short-form clips.
Vertical rendering
Clips are rendered in 9:16 with word-by-word captions burned in, ready for short-form feeds.
Approve before posting
A human-in-the-loop review queue — you approve every clip and caption before anything is published.
Edit captions & trim
Fine-tune the caption and trim points on each clip before it goes out.
Your schedule
Publish approved clips on a schedule you set, to keep a consistent posting cadence.
Your own account
Each creator connects and controls their own TikTok account, and can disconnect any time.
How PodClip uses TikTok
Creators connect their own TikTok account to PodClip through TikTok's official login. PodClip then uses the TikTok Content Posting API to upload and publish the clips that the connected creator has reviewed and approved — to that creator's own account.
- Every creator authorizes and controls their own connection.
- Only clips the creator has explicitly approved are published.
- PodClip is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
- Creators can disconnect their account at any time.
Frequently asked questions
The details reviewers and creators most often ask about.
Does PodClip post anything automatically without my approval?
No. Every clip goes into a review queue first. Nothing is uploaded to TikTok until you have watched it, edited the caption if needed, and approved it.
Whose TikTok account do clips get posted to?
Only your own connected account. You authenticate through TikTok's official login and grant access to your account; PodClip publishes approved clips to that account and no other.
Where do the source videos come from?
From public YouTube podcast channels that you choose to add as sources. You are responsible for having the rights to use any source material you process.
Can I disconnect my TikTok account?
Yes, at any time — both from within PodClip and from your TikTok account's connected-apps settings.
How is my data handled?
PodClip only stores what it needs to operate — your connection tokens and generated clips — and shares data only with the third-party APIs required to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
